Race Face Crank Boots

These boots are designed to fit most standard alloy mountain bike cranksets. While they are highly versatile, they are specifically shaped for the ends of alloy cranks, so they may not provide a secure fit on every single crank model on the market.

While this specific version is optimized for alloy cranks, they can often be used on carbon cranks as well. However, Race Face does offer specific versions for different crank profiles, so check your crank model's compatibility if you are running carbon.

No tools are required. The proprietary plastic blend is flexible enough to stretch over the end of your crank arm, allowing you to slide them on by hand for a snug, secure fit.

These are sold as a single unit. If you are looking to protect both sides of your crankset, you will need to purchase two.

Like any protective cover, it is a good idea to periodically remove them to clean out any grit or moisture that may accumulate during wet rides. This simple maintenance prevents debris from causing surface wear over time.
