This pan is oven-safe up to 450°F. It is best to avoid exceeding this temperature to maintain the integrity of the nonstick coating.

While the coating is durable, we recommend using silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils to prevent scratching. Hand washing with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge is the best way to extend the life of the nonstick surface.

This pan is designed with a flat, 12-inch surface, making it ideal for thin to medium-crust pizzas. It is not deep enough for deep-dish styles, which typically require a pan with higher, vertical sides.

Aluminized steel is a professional-grade material known for its exceptional heat conductivity and durability. It ensures your pizza crust bakes evenly across the entire surface, preventing hot spots that can lead to uneven browning.

Thanks to the high-quality nonstick coating, you generally don't need to grease the pan. However, a very light dusting of cornmeal or flour can add a nice texture to the crust and provide an extra layer of insurance against sticking.
