You have two ways to track this. If your handle is BrushSync-enabled, it will automatically track usage and alert you; otherwise, simply watch the blue indicator bristles. When they fade to white, it is time to swap in a new head, which is typically every three months.

This head is engineered with soft, flexing sides that contour to your teeth and gums. This design allows for more surface contact than a rigid brush head, which helps the sonic vibrations effectively sweep away plaque along the gumline.
