This grate is designed to sit within the Divide and Conquer rack system. You will need the rack to hold the half-moon grate in place at your desired height.

304 stainless steel is highly resistant to rust and easier to maintain than cast iron, as it does not require seasoning. While it doesn't hold heat quite as long as cast iron, it is incredibly durable and ideal for high-heat grilling.

While it is optimized for traditional direct grilling, it is fully compatible with roasting and smoking setups. Because it is a half-moon shape, you can easily pair it with a heat deflector on the other side to create indirect cooking zones.

You can clean it with a standard grill brush while the grate is still warm. For a deeper clean, the 304 stainless steel construction allows you to soak it in warm, soapy water or use a stainless-safe scouring pad.
