Yes. The exterior is constructed entirely from food-grade stainless steel, and the internal cooling gel is non-toxic and sealed within the metal casing, ensuring no plastic comes into contact with your food.

Stainless steel has excellent thermal conductivity, which allows these packs to transfer cold efficiently. While performance varies based on the ambient temperature and the insulation of your cooler, they generally provide cooling duration comparable to standard gel packs while being significantly more durable.

The stainless steel construction is highly durable and designed to be leak-proof. However, like any sealed container, if the metal were to be severely compromised, the non-toxic gel inside could leak, though this is far less likely than with standard plastic-film ice packs.

While the stainless steel exterior is dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing them to preserve the integrity of the seal over time. A quick wipe with warm, soapy water is usually sufficient.
