Hario V60 Switch Dripper

The switch allows you to close the valve, turning the dripper into an immersion brewer where the coffee steeps in water. Once you are ready to draw down, you simply flip the switch to release the coffee through the filter, giving you more control over extraction time.

Yes. You can leave the switch in the open position and use it exactly like a traditional V60 dripper, allowing water to flow through the coffee bed continuously.

This model is designed specifically for Hario V60-02 size paper filters. The set includes 40 filters to get you started.

While the ceramic is durable, it is still breakable if dropped. Because ceramic has high thermal mass, we recommend rinsing the dripper with hot water before brewing to pre-heat it and ensure consistent extraction temperatures.

The dripper itself has a capacity of 200ml, while the included server has a practical capacity of 300ml. It is best suited for brewing single-cup servings.

The switch assembly is designed to be disassembled for thorough cleaning. Regular rinsing after each use is usually sufficient, but you can remove the silicone and stainless steel components periodically to prevent coffee oil buildup.
