The canopy is designed for partial sun protection. While it creates a generous 7.5-foot area of shade, the weave is not a solid block-out fabric, so you will still experience some filtered light while staying protected from direct sun exposure.

This umbrella features a simple push-button tilt mechanism. Once the umbrella is fully opened via the crank lift, you press the button located on the pole to angle the canopy, allowing you to track the sun's movement without moving the entire base.

The pole is constructed from powder-coated aluminum, which is highly resistant to rust and corrosion.
