The one-piece porcelain surface is designed for easy maintenance. Because it is a single, seamless piece, there are no crevices for food or grease to get trapped in, making it simple to wipe down after cooking.

This unit is a gas-powered cooktop and does not require a standard electrical hookup for operation, as indicated by its 0.0 voltage rating. However, you will need a gas line connection for installation.

While the cast iron grates are durable and stable, we recommend hand-washing them with warm, soapy water and drying them thoroughly to prevent rust. Placing them in the dishwasher can strip the seasoning and damage the finish over time.

This cooktop is designed for gas use, but you should verify the specific fuel type compatibility with your installer. Most ZLINE gas cooktops are convertible, but you may need a separate LP conversion kit if your home uses propane.
