Kolikof Caviar Server

The server is designed to hold ice around the central compartment. When the roll-top lid is closed, it traps the cold air inside, creating an air-chilled environment that maintains the ideal temperature for your caviar tin.

The interior compartment is sized to accommodate standard caviar tins. It is best suited for common retail sizes, typically ranging from 30g to 125g, depending on the specific dimensions of the tin.

Like most polished stainless steel, it can show fingerprints or water spots with regular use. We recommend wiping it down with a soft, dry microfiber cloth after cleaning to maintain its luster.

While specifically engineered for caviar, the insulated design makes it excellent for serving other chilled appetizers that require a cold temperature, such as shrimp cocktail, chilled dips, or fresh fruit.

The roll-top mechanism is integrated into the design for smooth operation. You can easily wipe down the interior and exterior with a damp cloth, but the lid is not intended to be detached for deep immersion cleaning.
