The Pisteworks 94 is designed primarily for groomed runs and hardpack, where its 94mm waist and full carbon construction excel at edge-to-edge transitions. While it handles variable conditions well, it is a frontside-focused ski meant for carving rather than deep powder or heavy backcountry touring.

Full carbon construction makes the ski exceptionally lightweight and energetic. You will notice a very snappy, responsive feel when initiating turns, and it provides excellent vibration dampening at high speeds compared to traditional wood-core skis.

While the Pisteworks 94 is a high-performance tool, its predictable turn radius and stable platform make it approachable for confident intermediates looking to improve their carving technique. However, the carbon construction is stiff and precise, so it rewards active, engaged skiing rather than a passive style.

The Rockwell 48 steel edges provide a harder, more durable bite on icy surfaces, while the aluminum tailbar reinforces the most vulnerable part of the ski, preventing delamination and dings when you tap your skis together or rest them on hard surfaces.
