Yes, the Chromag Pilot pedals are compatible with any shoe that uses a standard two-bolt SPD cleat system.

Unlike traditional clipless pedals that rely solely on the cleat for contact, the Pilot features a 110mm platform with pins. This provides the stability and grip of a flat pedal while you are clipped in, giving you more confidence in technical terrain.

The pins are strategically positioned to provide 4-point contact with your shoe sole without obstructing the cleat engagement mechanism. You should find clipping in to be just as intuitive as with a standard SPD pedal.

The pedals use a high-strength chromoly F.1 axle system designed to handle aggressive riding. It is built with a double-seal system, an inner bushing, and an outer cartridge bearing to keep dirt out and ensure smooth rotation over time.
