The Hyperion is rated for 32 degrees Fahrenheit, making it an ideal choice for three-season backpacking. It is designed to keep you comfortable in cool spring, summer, and autumn conditions, though you may want a liner if you sleep particularly cold.

The 900-fill Nikwax Hydrophobic Down is treated to resist moisture, meaning it absorbs less water and dries faster than untreated down. While it is not waterproof, it maintains its loft and thermal efficiency much better than standard down if you encounter damp weather or condensation inside your tent.

SynergyLink connectors are integrated straps that secure the sleeping bag directly to your sleeping pad. They are optional, but using them is highly recommended as they prevent you from rolling off your pad during the night and help keep the bag centered.

The Hyperion accommodates users up to 78 inches (6'6") tall. If you are near that height limit, the mummy shape provides a snug fit, so you may want to ensure you have enough room to move comfortably.
