To find your size, measure from the base of your throat (the jugular notch) to your navel. If that measurement is close to 15 inches, this protector will offer the appropriate coverage for your torso.

The detachable tail extension is optional and primarily provides extra coverage for the lower abdomen and pelvic area. You can easily remove it if you prefer a shorter profile that allows for more freedom of movement when crouching.

While the foam is designed to be firm for impact absorption, it is engineered to be flexible enough for natural movement. It may feel slightly rigid out of the box, but it will conform comfortably to your body shape after a few practices.
