Yes, the system is designed to work with either one double-wide mattress or two individual pads. The integrated sheet system keeps both pads aligned and prevents them from sliding apart during the night.

The hood is insulated and structured to stay upright, creating a defined space for your pillows. This prevents them from sliding off the top of your sleeping pads, mimicking the feel of a standard bed.

It is rated for 25°F, making it a solid choice for 3-season camping. While it provides consistent warmth through thermally-mapped baffles, it does not have a draft collar, so you may want to layer up if you are camping in temperatures near the lower limit.

The spacious, fixed footbox allows for natural foot movement, preventing the restrictive, 'mummy bag' feeling often found in traditional sleeping bags. It ensures your feet stay warm without feeling cramped.

The Core Bed uses a hybrid insulation approach, combining 650+ fill power duck down with synthetic materials. This blend balances the high warmth-to-weight ratio of down with the durability and moisture resistance of synthetic fibers.

The shell is made from 20D Nylon Taffeta, which offers a good balance between weight and durability. While it is water-resistant, it is designed for standard camping environments rather than rugged, off-trail bushwhacking.
