The table utilizes a removable leaf system. To extend it, you separate the two halves of the round tabletop and insert the leaf into the center, securing it to increase the length from its compact circular shape to an oval configuration.

The table uses solid wood for structural components like the legs and frame to ensure stability, while high-quality wood veneers are applied to the tabletop surface. This combination provides the natural look and warmth of solid timber while preventing warping and splitting over time.

In its compact, round state, the table comfortably seats four people. Once the extension leaf is added, it expands to accommodate six guests.

Assembly is straightforward but requires two people to handle the tabletop safely. You will primarily be attaching the legs to the frame, and all necessary hardware and instructions are included.

Like any wood dining surface, the finish is durable but not impervious to damage. We recommend using placemats or coasters to protect the veneer from heat and moisture, and using felt pads under heavy decor to prevent surface scratches.
