These pedals use a standard 9/16-inch spindle thread, which fits almost all three-piece BMX cranksets. They are not compatible with one-piece cranks, which typically require a 1/2-inch thread.

The high-strength nylon composite is designed specifically to slide well on ledges and rails while resisting cracking. While they will eventually wear down over time, they are widely considered one of the most durable and cost-effective options for street and park riding.

With 16 molded pins per side, these pedals offer a surprising amount of traction for a plastic pedal. While they may not be as aggressive as steel pins, they provide a secure grip that is much friendlier on your shins when you slip a pedal.

The traditional looseball bearings are simple to service and can be easily repacked with fresh grease if they start to feel gritty. Because of this straightforward design, they are very easy to maintain at home with basic tools.

While they are built specifically for BMX, their wide platform makes them a functional choice for casual commuting or dirt jumping. However, for serious mountain biking, you may prefer a pedal with metal pins for extra traction in wet or muddy conditions.
