The output is a highly concentrated cold brew. Most users prefer to dilute it with water, milk, or ice to taste, though you can adjust your coffee-to-water ratio during brewing if you prefer a lighter strength.

The glass chambers are relatively easy to clean with a bottle brush and warm, soapy water. However, because of the tower's height and delicate glass construction, you should handle the pieces carefully and avoid using a dishwasher.
