Salsa Warroad Frameset

The Warroad is designed to be versatile. Running 700c wheels offers a faster, more efficient ride on pavement and light gravel, while 650b wheels allow for wider tires, providing extra cushion and traction for rougher, more technical terrain.

It is designed to absorb high-frequency road chatter before it reaches your body. You will notice less fatigue in your hands and lower back on long rides, especially when traversing chip-seal roads or light gravel sections.

Yes. The frame includes multiple mounting points for racks and fenders, making it a capable platform for light touring or daily commuting. Just keep in mind that it is an endurance-focused frameset, not a heavy-duty touring rig.

You can fit up to 700c x 35mm tires or 650b x 47mm tires. This gives you enough room to choose a setup that balances speed with the comfort needed for your specific riding surface.

The Warroad uses internal sleeved cable routing, which significantly simplifies maintenance. The sleeves guide your housing through the frame, eliminating the frustration of fishing cables through the tubes during assembly or service.

This frameset uses a BB86 press-fit bottom bracket. Ensure your crankset choice is compatible with this standard before you begin your build.
