Mud Pie Marble Board

Yes, the board is designed for serving food. However, because it features natural mango wood, we recommend using it primarily for dry items like cheeses, crackers, fruits, or charcuterie rather than wet or acidic foods that could stain the wood.

Hand wash the board with mild soap and water, then dry it immediately. Avoid soaking it or putting it in the dishwasher, as the moisture can cause the mango wood to warp or crack over time.

While marble is a hard surface, we advise against using this board as a cutting surface. Using knives directly on the board will dull your blades and scratch the marble finish, so it is best used strictly for serving and presentation.

The board measures 14.5 inches by 7.25 inches. It provides a generous surface area suitable for a standard appetizer spread or a cheese board for a small gathering.

To maintain the luster of the mango wood, you can occasionally apply a food-safe mineral oil or wood conditioner. This helps prevent the wood from drying out and keeps the grain looking rich and protected.
