AMERLIFE Avalon Wood Gazebo

This gazebo is engineered for stability and requires a solid, level surface like concrete to anchor the pillars properly. We do not recommend installing it directly on grass or soil, as the structure needs to be secured to a foundation for safety and wind resistance.

Plan for a 5-8 hour assembly window. Because this is a permanent, heavy-duty structure, we strongly recommend having at least two to three people assist with the build to safely manage the cedar beams and metal roof panels.

The cedar beams are fumigation-certified, but like all natural wood products, they will benefit from periodic maintenance. We recommend applying a wood sealant or stain annually to protect the grain from moisture and UV damage, keeping the wood looking fresh and preventing weathering.

The hardtop metal steel gable roof is designed specifically for weather protection. When assembled correctly according to the manual, the overlapping panels and gable design effectively shed water and prevent leaks, making it a reliable shelter during rainstorms.

The gazebo includes corrosion-resistant screws that have been rigorously tested with salt spray. While they are built to withstand harsh environments, it is always a good practice to inspect the hardware periodically if you live in a high-salt coastal area.

The structure is wind and load-tested for adverse weather conditions, making it durable for residential use. However, if you live in an area with extreme snowfall, we recommend clearing heavy accumulations from the roof periodically to prevent excessive weight buildup.
