No, the umbrella does not include a base. It is designed to be installed into an existing umbrella sleeve or paired with a compatible standalone base of your choice.

This is a manual operation system. You pull the rope to raise the canopy to your desired height and then secure it in place by inserting a metal pin through the pre-drilled holes in the pole.

The pole is constructed from powder-coated aluminum, which is highly resistant to corrosion and rust. While it is built for durability in wet environments, we recommend rinsing it with fresh water periodically to maintain the finish.
