Sisal fibers are naturally firm, so they provide a more vigorous exfoliation than synthetic brushes. If you have sensitive skin, start with very light pressure to see how your skin reacts before increasing intensity.

Because this brush is made of natural materials, it should not be soaked in water. To clean, tap the brush against a hard surface to remove dead skin cells and wipe the bristles with a damp cloth, then let it air dry completely with the bristles facing down.

The round knob handle is designed for a palm-centered grip, which gives you more control and leverage than a long-handled brush. It allows for precise, circular motions, making it easier to target specific areas like the arms, legs, and torso.

This is specifically designed as a dry body brush. Using it on wet skin can soften the sisal fibers too much, making them less effective for exfoliation, and the moisture may damage the untreated beech wood handle over time.

For most people, dry brushing two to three times a week is sufficient to see improvements in skin texture and circulation. You can increase the frequency if your skin tolerates it well, but avoid brushing over broken or irritated skin.
