With an R-value of 5.5, the Stratosphere is well-suited for year-round use, including cold-weather camping. The Stratus™ R synthetic insulation is specifically designed to trap air and prevent heat loss, keeping you comfortable in freezing temperatures.

The included pump sack connects to the mat's low-profile two-way valve. You fill the sack with air, roll the top down to force that air into the mat, and repeat until inflated, which keeps moisture from your breath out of the insulation.

The Stratosphere features oversized outer chambers that act as rails to keep you centered on the pad. This design helps prevent you from sliding off during the night, even if you are an active sleeper.

When packed, it measures approximately 9.4 inches by 5.1 inches. It is designed to be a compact, reliable option for backpackers who need to balance warmth with a manageable pack size.
