Airhead Sports Group Slash II

The Slash II features specialized side fins on the underside of the tube. When you shift your body weight, these fins grip the water, allowing you to carve turns and steer across the wake rather than just bouncing behind the boat.

The open-back design is primarily for easier re-boarding, but it does require riders to be more active. Because you aren't enclosed, you'll need to use the deluxe handles and neoprene knuckle guards to maintain your position during aggressive maneuvers.

You will need a high-volume pump, such as an electric inflator or a double-action hand pump, that is compatible with Boston valves. These valves are designed for rapid airflow, so a standard low-volume pump will take significantly longer to fill the tube.

The Kwik-Connect tow point is designed to work with standard tow ropes that have a loop at the end. It allows you to quickly attach and detach the tube without having to thread the entire rope through the tow point every time.

The double-stitched nylon cover acts as a protective shield for the heavy-gauge PVC bladder inside. It significantly increases the tube's resistance to punctures, abrasions, and sun damage, making it much more durable than exposed PVC tubes.
