Shupaca Alpaca Throw

The blend of 80% alpaca and 20% acrylic creates a soft, velvety texture that is significantly lighter and warmer than sheep's wool. Because alpaca fibers are naturally hypoallergenic and lack lanolin, this throw is gentle and non-irritating, even for those with sensitive skin.

To maintain the integrity of the fibers, we recommend dry cleaning or hand washing in cool water with a gentle detergent. If you choose to wash it at home, air dry the blanket flat and use a low dryer setting for only 10 minutes to fluff the fibers.

Measuring 45 inches by 70 inches, this throw is designed primarily as an accent piece or a lap blanket. While it adds a beautiful layer of warmth to the foot of a bed, it is not sized to cover a standard mattress.

The 20% acrylic content is included to enhance the durability and shape retention of the throw. It helps the blanket resist pilling and stretching over time, ensuring it remains a functional, long-lasting piece in your home.
