This target is constructed from hardened AR500 steel, which is designed to handle high-velocity rounds up to 3,000 fps and 3,500 ft-lbs of energy. However, you should avoid using armor-piercing, steel-core, or incendiary ammunition, as these can damage the steel surface regardless of its hardness.
