Century offers these in a range from Child to XL to accommodate different hand sizes. For the best fit, measure the circumference of your dominant hand just below the knuckles; if you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up to ensure you have enough room for hand wraps.

Because they are constructed from lightweight, flexible foam, these gloves are comfortable right out of the box. You should find them easy to close into a fist immediately, with the material softening slightly after just a few training sessions.
