It is rated IP64, which means it is dust-tight and protected against splashing water from all directions. While it is highly weather-resistant and perfect for keeping gear dry inside a pack or pannier, it is not designed to be submerged underwater.

Welded seams eliminate the need for needle holes, which are potential entry points for moisture. This construction method creates a seamless, stronger bond that enhances the bag's overall durability and waterproof integrity.

To get the best seal, fold the top strip down at least three times before buckling the ends together. This creates a secure, reliable barrier against dust and moisture.

The PS10 nylon is chosen specifically for its ultralight properties, making it ideal for weight-conscious packing. While it is durable for organizing gear inside your pack, it is thinner than heavy-duty dry bags, so it is best used as an internal liner rather than an external bag dragged over rough terrain.
