This tube is designed for 29-inch wheels with tire widths between 2.125 and 2.40 inches. Please check the sidewall of your current tire to ensure your width falls within this range before purchasing.

A Presta valve is the thin, threaded valve commonly found on performance mountain and road bikes. You will need a pump compatible with Presta valves, or a dual-head pump that can switch between Presta and the wider Schrader style.

The 48mm valve length is standard for most mountain bike rims. It provides enough clearance to easily attach a pump head without interfering with the rim profile.

We do not recommend using this tube outside of its specified 2.125 to 2.40-inch range. Over-stretching the rubber can thin the material, significantly increasing the risk of punctures or premature failure.

Yes, carrying a spare tube is highly recommended even for tubeless riders. If you experience a sidewall tear or a puncture that your sealant cannot plug, a tube is the most reliable way to get yourself back to the trailhead.
