Sunlite Backrest Saddle

The Sunlite Backrest Saddle features a universal mounting system designed to fit standard bicycle seatposts. As long as your bike uses a standard post, it should be compatible without needing additional adapters.

The backrest is height-adjustable up to 9 inches, allowing you to position it exactly where you need it for lower back support. It is designed to encourage a more upright, relaxed posture rather than an aggressive, forward-leaning cycling position.

This saddle is optimized for casual, recreational riding rather than high-performance cycling. While the 11-inch wide surface and padded vinyl cushions are excellent for comfort and vibration absorption on leisurely trips, the upright design may not be ideal for long-distance or high-speed riding.

The vinyl construction is durable and easy to wipe clean, making it a practical choice for casual outdoor use. However, like most padded saddles, it is best to keep your bike covered or stored indoors to prevent the material from degrading or retaining water after heavy rain.

The primary adjustment for the backrest is its height. While it provides a stable, supportive surface for your back, it is not designed to tilt or recline independently of the seat angle.
