Because these brushes feature stiff, mixed vegetable fibers, they are best suited for stainless steel, cast iron, or enamel cookware. We do not recommend using them on delicate non-stick surfaces, as the bristles may cause scratching.

To preserve the wood, avoid soaking the brushes in water or putting them in the dishwasher. After use, rinse the bristles, shake off excess water, and stand the brush on its bristles to air dry completely.

The bristles are intentionally stiff. This firmness is designed specifically to provide the mechanical scrubbing power needed to lift stubborn, baked-on grease and grime from cookware.

While they are excellent for heavy-duty scrubbing, their compact, rounded shape makes them quite versatile for general kitchen cleaning. However, due to the stiff nature of the fibers, you may prefer a softer sponge for delicate glassware or fine china.

These brushes are crafted from natural, renewable materials—French beech wood and vegetable fibers—rather than synthetic plastics. By choosing durable, biodegradable materials, you reduce reliance on disposable plastic sponges that eventually end up in landfills.
