The pavilion is constructed from premium outdoor lumber that comes pre-stained to resist the elements. To maintain its appearance and protect the wood, you should plan to re-stain or reseal the structure every few years, depending on your local climate and sun exposure.

While the components are pre-cut, pre-drilled, and pre-stained to simplify the process, this is a heavy, permanent structure. We strongly recommend having at least two to three people for assembly to safely manage the large components and roof panels.

Yes, the Montana Bronze aluminum roof is designed for durability and weather protection. It effectively sheds rain and snow, though you should always clear heavy snow accumulation from the roof to prevent excessive weight load on the structure.

Because this is a permanent, heavy-duty structure, it must be anchored to a solid, level foundation. A concrete patio or a properly reinforced wood deck is ideal to ensure the stability of the 6-inch by 9-inch posts.

The pavilion offers 168 square feet of coverage. This is generally enough space to comfortably fit a large outdoor dining set or a deep-seating conversation arrangement for six to eight people.
