Mont Alpi 805 Built-In Grill

The grill ships configured for propane, but it is fully convertible to natural gas. You will need to purchase the appropriate conversion kit to make the switch.

The 304 marine-grade stainless steel is specifically chosen for its high resistance to corrosion and rust. While it is significantly more durable than standard stainless steel, we still recommend using a grill cover when not in use to maintain its finish in harsh, salty air.

The rotisserie kit is included with the grill. It works in tandem with the dedicated ceramic infrared rear burner, which is designed to provide the consistent, high heat needed for even roasting.

These double-layer sear plates serve two purposes: they vaporize drippings to add that classic smoky flavor back into your food, and they act as a barrier to significantly reduce flare-ups by preventing grease from hitting the burners directly.

This is a built-in grill head designed specifically for custom outdoor kitchen islands. It does not come with a cart or side tables, so you will need a pre-built or custom-constructed enclosure to support it.

The grill requires a standard electrical connection to power the integrated halogen surface lights and the LED-illuminated control knobs. This makes it much easier to monitor your food and adjust temperatures accurately when grilling after sunset.
