This board is not dishwasher safe. Hand wash it with mild soap and warm water, then dry it immediately with a towel. To keep the wood from drying out, apply a food-safe mineral oil periodically.

The pre-cut segments act as guides to help you slice the pizza evenly. The integrated handles at each segment allow guests to easily lift their individual slices without touching the rest of the pizza.

The raised rim is designed to keep toppings secure during transport, not to act as a barrier for sliding. Because the board is intended for serving rather than baking, you simply lift the pizza onto the board from your cutting surface or oven peel.
