This kit is designed for the WhisperFlo high-performance pump, as well as the IntelliFlo VS and IntelliFlo VF variable-speed models. It also fits the WFE pump and pot assembly.

This is a comprehensive kit that includes the volute pot, seal plate, basket, lid, and all necessary gaskets, o-rings, and hardware. You should have everything required for a complete wet end rebuild right out of the box.

If you notice cracks in the plastic housing, stripped threads, or warping that prevents a watertight seal, the entire pot assembly needs to be replaced. If the pump is simply leaking at the seal plate, you might only need a gasket kit, but this assembly is the better choice for addressing structural wear.

Replacing the wet end assembly is a moderate DIY project. While it doesn't require specialized plumbing skills, you will need to disconnect the pump from the electrical supply and plumbing lines, so ensure you are comfortable with basic mechanical assembly before starting.
