Cotton slub chambray has a distinct, tactile texture. The 'slub' refers to slight variations in the yarn thickness, which gives the fabric a natural, slightly rustic feel, while the chambray weave keeps it soft and breathable against the skin.

This is a medium-weight quilt. Because it is hand-quilted and made from cotton, it offers enough warmth for layering in cooler months but remains breathable enough to use as a primary coverlet during warmer seasons.

The quilt features a romantic floral motif on the front and a coordinating striped pattern on the reverse. You can easily flip it to change the look of your bedroom or fold back the top edge to create a layered, mixed-pattern effect.

Due to the artisanal hand-quilted construction, we recommend machine washing on a gentle cycle with cold water and tumble drying on low heat. Avoid harsh detergents or bleach to preserve the integrity of the fabric and the color of the floral print.

The design bridges both styles. While the motif is inspired by traditional block printing, the soft azalea and blush color palette gives it a modern, sophisticated aesthetic that fits well in contemporary bedrooms.
