Yes, the lantern is designed for outdoor use and constructed from weather-resistant teak and aluminium. However, like all natural teak, the wood will develop a silvery-grey patina over time if left exposed to the elements.

The glass panels can be wiped down with a standard glass cleaner and a soft cloth. For a deeper clean, you can gently remove the panels if the design allows, or simply use a damp microfiber cloth to reach all corners.

The lantern is designed to hold candles securely, but you should always exercise caution. Ensure the candle is placed on a stable surface and never leave an open flame unattended, especially if the lantern is placed near flammable materials.

Because the lantern is enclosed with glass and features a durable frame, it creates a microclimate that traps humidity and warmth. You can place small potted herbs or succulents inside to protect them from wind or cooler temperatures.
