Hudson Grace Glass Hurricane

This hurricane is designed specifically for a 3-inch diameter pillar candle. We recommend choosing a candle height that sits comfortably below the rim to ensure proper airflow and prevent the glass from overheating.

The color is not painted on. It is achieved through a metal oxide process during the glass-blowing phase, meaning the rich olive hue is fused directly into the glass for a permanent, deep finish that won't chip or peel.

This piece is intended for indoor use only. While the glass is durable, it is not weather-treated for outdoor elements and should be kept in a controlled indoor environment.

To remove wax, place the hurricane in the freezer for about an hour; the wax should harden and pop off easily with a dull plastic scraper. For general cleaning, wipe the glass with a soft, lint-free cloth and a mild glass cleaner to maintain its clarity.

Because this is hand-blown glass, it requires the same care as any fine glassware. While it is substantial and well-made, it should be handled with care and placed on a stable, level surface to avoid tipping.
