Swissmar Biel Fondue Set

While the manual heating design is excellent for delicate chocolate or caramel, the stainless steel construction is durable enough for cheese fondues as well. However, because it relies on manual heating rather than an electric element, it is not recommended for cooking raw meat, which requires higher, sustained temperatures.

The set includes the fondue pot, a rechaud (stand), a burner, a splatter guard, and six color-coded fondue forks. This provides everything you need to set up and serve a group of six guests.

This set uses a manual burner, which typically requires fondue fuel gel or paste. You simply fill the burner, light it, and place it under the pot to maintain a gentle, consistent warmth for your dip.

The copper finish is primarily for presentation, giving the set a sophisticated look for dining tables. The interior is made of durable stainless steel, which is the functional surface that comes into contact with your food.

While the stainless steel interior is durable, we recommend hand washing the pot to preserve the exterior copper finish and prevent any potential discoloration or scratching that can occur in a dishwasher.
