This platter is designed for serving rather than cooking. While it can handle warm food, we do not recommend placing it in the oven or on a stovetop, as the metal will become extremely hot and the finish could be compromised.

Like most polished metal serveware, the reflective surface can develop fine scratches over time with regular use, especially if used with metal utensils. To minimize this, we recommend using wooden or silicone serving tools.
