This pre-filter is engineered specifically for the Dyson DC18 upright vacuum model. Please verify your model number before purchasing to ensure a proper fit.

If you notice a decrease in suction power or if the filter appears visibly grey or clogged with dust, it is time for maintenance. We recommend washing the filter every few months, or replacing it entirely if the material shows signs of wear or damage.

Simply remove the filter from your vacuum and rinse it under cold water until the water runs clear. It is crucial to let the filter air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinstalling it, as using a damp filter can damage your vacuum motor.

This pack contains one replacement pre-filter. Because the filter is washable and reusable, a single unit is designed to last through multiple cleaning cycles.
