Frette Sateen Sheet Set

Sateen refers to the weave pattern, not the material itself. It uses a specific loom technique that brings more threads to the surface, resulting in a silky, smooth hand-feel and a subtle, elegant sheen compared to a standard percale weave.

Because they are crafted from 100% long-staple cotton, these sheets are naturally breathable and temperature-regulating. While the sateen weave provides a slightly denser, silkier drape than percale, they remain lightweight and comfortable for year-round use.

Each set is a complete bedding solution, including one fitted sheet, one flat (top) sheet, and matching pillowcases. Please note that the number of pillowcases varies depending on the bed size selected.

Long-staple cotton fibers are longer and stronger than standard cotton, which results in fewer exposed fiber ends. This makes the fabric more resistant to pilling and fraying, ensuring the sheets stay smooth and durable even after repeated washings.

While these are high-quality linens, they are designed for regular use. We recommend machine washing on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and tumble drying on low heat to preserve the integrity of the fibers and the luster of the sateen finish.
