Linen is naturally more absorbent and durable than cotton, and it actually becomes softer and more effective with every wash. It is also lint-free, making it the ideal choice for drying delicate glassware without leaving streaks or residue.

Because Bertozzi uses traditional vegetable-based dyes, the pattern is designed to be colorfast. To maintain the vibrancy of the print, we recommend washing in cool water and avoiding harsh bleaching agents.

Machine wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. While linen can be tumble dried on low, line drying is recommended to preserve the integrity of the fibers and the hand-stamped design.

While linen has a distinct, crisp texture initially, it is not rough. It will soften significantly after the first few washes, developing a comfortable, lived-in feel while retaining its strength.
