These cutters are designed for dough, fondant, and soft fruits or vegetables. Because they are made of stainless steel, they handle these materials easily, though they are not intended for cutting through hard items like frozen dough or dense, uncooked root vegetables.

While the stainless steel construction is durable, the best way to prevent rust is to hand wash the cutters immediately after use and dry them thoroughly with a towel. Avoid leaving them to soak in the sink, as standing water can compromise the metal over time.

The set includes six graduated sizes, ranging from 3/4 inches at the smallest to 3 1/2 inches at the largest. This variety allows you to create everything from tiny decorative pastry garnishes to larger, uniform cookie shapes.

Technically, stainless steel is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing to preserve the sharpness of the edges. Dishwashers can sometimes cause small nicks or dulling over time, which will affect the precision of your cuts.
