While stainless steel is durable, we strongly recommend hand-washing and immediately drying your knives. Dishwashers can dull the blades over time and the high heat can damage the wooden handles or block.

To keep your edges sharp, use a honing steel regularly to realign the blade edge. We also recommend using a sharpening stone or a pull-through sharpener every few months, depending on how frequently you cook.

Keep the block dry and away from direct heat sources. If it gets dusty, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth; avoid submerging it in water, as this can cause the wood to warp or crack.
