Pentair FNS Plus Grid Assembly

This assembly is specifically engineered for Pentair FNS Plus 60-square-foot DE filters. It is not a universal part and will not fit other brands or different filter sizes.

It arrives pre-assembled with the top and bottom manifolds, tie rods, and all eight grids already in place. You can drop it directly into your filter housing without needing to build the grid stack.

You need to confirm your filter housing is rated for 60 square feet of filtration area. If you are unsure, check the label on your existing filter tank or measure the height of your current grid stack to ensure it matches the 30-inch grid size.

Often, yes. If your current grids are torn or the manifolds are cracked, DE powder will bypass the filter and enter the pool. Replacing the entire assembly is the most effective way to resolve these internal structural failures.

No special tools are required for the installation itself. You will simply need to open your filter tank, remove the old assembly, and drop this new one in, ensuring it seats properly in the bottom manifold guide.
