The pan is designed to handle temperatures up to 300°C, which is sufficient for most searing and frying tasks. However, to preserve the longevity of the non-stick surface, we recommend using silicone or wooden utensils rather than metal.

The pan includes a built-in safety sensor that automatically cuts power if the unit detects overheating or if it is left on for an extended period without adjustment. This provides an extra layer of security, though you should still monitor your cooking.

While the pan is highly versatile for sautéing, stir-frying, and steaming, it is not specifically designed for deep frying. The 1000W heating element is best suited for everyday meals rather than large-batch oil frying.

Because of the non-stick coating, the pan is very easy to clean. Simply wipe it down with a soft cloth or sponge and mild dish soap once it has cooled completely; avoid using abrasive scrubbers that could damage the surface.
