LEM Salvinox Grinder Plate

This plate is designed for #10/12 size grinders. Before purchasing, verify that your grinder is a #10 or #12 model, as it will not fit #5, #8, #22, or #32 units.

With 12mm holes, this plate is engineered for a coarse grind. It is ideal for applications like chili meat, stew meat, or sausages where you want a chunkier, more rustic texture.

The hubless design allows you to use both sides of the plate. Once one side begins to show signs of wear, you can simply flip it over to double the lifespan of the component.

Yes, stainless steel is significantly more resistant to rust and corrosion than standard carbon steel. This makes the plate much easier to maintain, as it won't require immediate drying or oiling to prevent oxidation after washing.

While the stainless steel material is durable, we recommend hand washing this plate with warm, soapy water and drying it thoroughly immediately after use to maintain the sharpness of the edges and ensure longevity.
