Buzzee Food Wraps

The wraps rely on the warmth of your hands to soften the beeswax and resin coating. Simply hold the wrap against the container or food item for a few seconds, and it will mold into shape and hold its seal as it cools.

With proper care—hand washing in cool water and air drying—you can expect these wraps to last approximately 24 months. Over time, the wax coating may naturally wear down, but they remain a durable, long-term alternative to single-use plastic.

Because the wraps are made with natural wax and resin, they should not be used with raw meat or fish, as they cannot be washed in hot water to sanitize them. They are best suited for produce, cheese, bread, and covering leftovers.

Wash the wraps by hand using cool water and a mild, eco-friendly dish soap. Avoid hot water, as it will melt the wax coating, and always let them air dry completely before folding them for storage.

Because they are crafted from organic cotton and natural ingredients like beeswax and tree resin, these wraps are fully compostable. You can cut them into strips and add them to your home compost bin at the end of their lifecycle.
