Yes. Because these are crafted from smooth, hand-sanded hardwood, they are gentle on non-stick surfaces and won't cause the scratches or abrasions that metal utensils might.

These are not dishwasher safe, as the heat and water can cause the wood to warp or crack. Simply hand wash them with warm, soapy water and dry them immediately; occasionally applying a food-safe mineral oil will keep the wood conditioned and looking new.
